Renovation Application Form

The majority of renovations require approval from the Strata Committee prior to the commencement of works. Please note: Painting of internal walls and re-carpeting do not require an application. Download Renovation Application Form

New Key/Access Card Request Form

To obtain an additional or replacement front door key or building access card please complete the following form and send through to Building Management, be sure to follow the instructions in the form. Download Key/Access Card Request Form

Common Room Level 6 South Tower

To reserve the Common Rom on Level 6 South Block for functions, please download and complete the form and send to the Building Manager 72 hours before the required time for the room. Download Common Room Booking Form
